This week was vacation time for me, which means it was filled with writing, catching up, sleeping, and some Persona 5 Royal. I also took the occasion to play around some with my morning routine and reserve one full hour for writing before catching up on various chats and emails. It's nice so far I might try to stick with this long term. I've also got a Hey.com invite code from a friend, and I've been playing around with, and I like it so far though it requires adaptation.

• The COVID crisis didn't just cause health issues but also might be the cause of the Internet Archive getting shut down by a lawsuit from publishers who seems to be out for blood. That would be pretty disastrous as the Archive is a pretty important part of preserving the history of the internet and everything that was shut down and removed.

Security 🔒 :

• Certificate pinning can be powerful as a security measure for mobile app, but it does have some pretty big caveat that needs to be looked at and taken into account. For example, the need to update the app each time the certificate changes, which can be pretty often if you use Let's Encrypt.
